1. I CAN’T SEE THE PRICES…

2. IN THE SALE WITH TRADE-IN SERVICE, DO I HAVE TO DELIVER THE CORE FIRST AND THEN RECEIVE THE FUNCTIONAL CORE?

No. Your core is shipped within 24h of the transaction. From that moment on, you have 30 days to send us the core, attaching the form completed in the platform to the order.

3. WHAT IS THE STATE OF REPAIR REQUIRED FOR COMPONENTS SENT VIA THE SALE WITH TRADE-IN SERVICE?

The components must be complete, i.e. with all the parts that make them up, and have no structural damage. If you have any queries, please contact our services.

4. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES?

We ship virtually everywhere! For more information, please refer to the Shipping Table , where you can find details about our geographic coverage, delivery costs and times.

5. IF I CHOOSE THE REPAIR SERVICE, WHEN WILL I KNOW ITS PRICE?

Immediately. You will be shown the price by selecting the group of cores to which the core belongs.

6. THE COMPONENT HAS NO AVAILABLE STOCK…

If you have found the component you are looking for but it is out of stock, please contact our BackOffice as soon as possible using the contacts available in the platform. It is quite likely that the component is about to be repaired.

7. WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay with Credit Card or PayPal

8. THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BUT THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE WAS NOT DEBITED. IS THAT NORMAL?

When the transaction is made, the amount of the purchase is reserved in the Credit Card. That amount is only actually charged after shipment.
